Team Lead

Salary: 1250 - 1500 USD

(HR)
+ build an effective system for filling vacancies (team size of 8-10 recruiters)
+ implementation of HR CRM (for example, Zoho)
+ holding daily meetings with recruiters
+ setting priorities in search
+ analysis and Development of strategies for finding candidates
+ solving problem situations
+ register business processes
+ register checklists for recruiters
+ calibrating candidates (sent by recruiters)


(Account)
+ calls to clients
+ managed processes
+ clean account management
+ Development of the client's performance to a higher average bill and LTV
+ developing relationships and building a reputation
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives;
+ Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
+ Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our services;
+ Be accountable for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships;
+ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
