• English level — upper intermediate at least;
• 1,5+ years of experience in Account Management;
• Experience is outsourcing is a must;
• Experience in working with international customers;
• Desire to build a long-term and strong partnership with clients;
• Customer-centric and result-oriented person;
• High level of responsibility;
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions;
• A supporter of the win-win approach.

As a plus would be:
• Understanding of software development;
• Understanding of Agile methodology.

• Communication with existing clients of the company;
• Conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and maintaining a high level of their satisfaction;
• Sending time reports to clients and invoices;
• Managing all financial and organizational questions;
• Controlling accounts receivables and collecting an overdue debt;
• Documents management;
• Working with CRM;
• Help with the organization of clients workshops and team building events with them;
• Upsales to clients.
