Requirements:

• Experience with Java 5+ years
• Experience with React.js
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Software Design principles
• Experience with multithreaded server-side software development
• Working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Familiarity with the test-driven development process
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies

Will be a plus:

• Experience with video conferencing services/devices
• Familiarity with build-related tools such as Maven
• Agile software development with Scrum
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery

Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and leading other developers
• Experience with hands-on technical design, solution architecture, and architecture roadmaps
• Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed
