HR Manager (offline)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct employee onboarding process;
Advise management on company policy, employee relations and performance management issues;
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
Facilitate the annual performance review cycle;
Work with HR-budgeting;
Take initiative to propose and implement ongoing improvements to the Company’s HR brand and HR processes or adapt and implement new processes created at corporate level in a local setting;
Work with employees on their career growth and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations;
Organizing happy hours, team-building activities, conferences, and corporate events and other administrative duties as assigned;
Office-management (a little bit).
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in HR role;
Experience in development and implementation of HR processes and best practices;
Ability to handle employee relations and potential issues;
Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team setting;
Ability to prioritize and excel in a challenging environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Upper-intermediate English;
Professional conduct, common sense, and diplomacy;
Ability to take ownership and motivate others leading by own example.
