Requirements:
Experience in full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals at least 1 year;
Good understanding of IT Market;
Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation;
Intermediate level of English;
Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Managing full-cycle recruiting processes of various technical positions (searching, pre-screening, interviewing, feedbacks);
Sourcing candidates from different channels (passive research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals);
Generating pipelines for each position and work with our ATS CleverStaff;
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to set up vacancies priorities and developing the new strategy for searching/attracting candidates;
Creating job descriptions, vacancy posting;
Other related tasks, as requested.
