Senior PM/Delivery Manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze project plans
Allocate resources to projects and monitor the project portfolio progress
Assist in PM education planning
Help project managers with the project process setup
Conducting project audits
Lead the process of project issue identification and resolution
Conducting 1x1 meetings and Job Performance Reviews with PMs
Resolve escalated project issues
Approve annual project budgets
Stuff the office with new people required for current and upcoming projects
Foster partnership with customers and stakeholders
Recruit, onboard, and train new project managers
Setup healthy, ongoing communication within the office

COMPETENCIES
5 years of project management experience in IT
Customer-focused mindset
Business & IT strategy experience preferable
Thrives in a collaborative environment
Good communications skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders
