Talent acquisition strategic management and planning: - Develop, coordinate and implement the general recruitment strategy for Art Division - Create and monthly update the recruitment plan together with Direct managers. Manage the allocated team budget within the mathematical model of Art Division and set targets
Team Management: - Develop and update motivation system in order to increase recruitment effectiveness, calculate monthly bonuses according to Art Talent Acquisition Bonus System Policy - Coordinate the loading of Art TA Team, assign new vacancies and set task priorities for each team member - Consult team members concerning TA processes and provide assistance in solving complex problems - Arrange and hold regular meetings on vacancies status - Communicate the team about changes in processes, regulation documents and other important news - Represent TA Team in communications with other structural units of the company
Management and optimization of TA processes: - Control the conformity with all agreed TA processes by all involved parties; propose new instruments of control - Prepare reports and analytics on vacancies closure and team’s performance - Control the correctness of database filling in Jira and timelines of changing tasks statuses by all involved specialists according to Process of Candidates Processing in Jira - Keep TA documentation up-to-date, create new regulation documents if needed - Develop, approve and quarterly update the vacancy positioning concept in the market, search of the most suitable non-standard resources for job placement - Hold negotiations and conclude agreements with the representatives of recruitment resources according to Official Notes to Recruitment Resources - Initiate new HR activities aimed at increasing recruitment efficiency and decrease specialists turnover
Candidate searching and processing for leads and executives positions: - Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates with a focus on technical and managerial positions - Taking part in onboarding and adaptation processes for new specialists according to company’s onboarding and adaptation standards and policies
Present company on specialized conferences and events for recruitment purposes: - Market analysis and Art Division placement on the market - Monitor and analyze the market for competitors’ policies, benefits and compensations, make suggestions to ensure the competitiveness of the studio in staff recruiting and retaining processes - Analyze new industry trends and recruitment sources and communicate them to team members - HR risk management: understand strengths and weaknesses of the studio, the opportunities and threats from the point of view of the employer brand, hunting specialists, staff turnover
