Due to the dynamic growth, we are excited to invite experienced Promotools Product Owner to apply for the opening in the Commercial Department.

Required skills:

Experience in gambling industry 3 + years;
Experience in Project Management 1 + years;
Experience in dev, implementing and supporting promo campaigns & bonus policies;
Experience in gamifications & loyalty program policies etc.
Experience in segmentation of playing audiences, creating individual bonus offers for segments;
Understanding of player needs and problems;
Performance Analysis of promo campaigns;
Experience in working with foreign partners;
English — Upper Intermediate.

As a plus:

Experience in development and implementation of Achievements/Progress of player’s account;
Experience in Product ownership;
Understanding of promotools/gamifications options in related industries (native apps, game dev).

Responsibilities:

Promotools: new Product design and Project Management;
Creating well described product documentation for development;
Project Management with deadlines and transparency about status/progress;
Lead and cooperate with UIUX, Front-end and Back-end untis for development of promotools and improvements;
Cooperate with AM department in setupping campaigns and supporting customer requests reproduct/campaign details;
Creating GUIDEs for new Promotools;
Designing BI analytics for evaluating campaign performance;
Keep long-term relationships with partners and resolve routine issues staying in a close communication.
