Head of Account Manager, APAC Region (Adtech)

Managing the team of account managers who are working for US, LatAm, Europe, APAC and who are located both in Ukraine and in APAC

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in adtech in a similar position level;
— Experience in daily monitoring, analyzing, optimizing publishers’ ad campaigns;
— Strong management and leadership skills;
— Ability and desire to learn fast and always improve the knowledge received;
— Ability to dedicate your time and effort to the work you’re doing always meeting the deadlines;
— Fluent English;
— Native Ukrainian or Russian.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in native advertising.

Responsibilities:
— Managing the team of account managers who are working for US, LatAm, Europe, APAC and who are located both in Ukraine and in APAC;
— Setting the goals for the teams, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
— Assuring all the unit procedures are precisely followed, still there is a possibility to adapt them to peculiarities of the product;
— Supervising the pitching process of different ad formats, company’s new solutions;
— Maintaining the high level of dedication of the team members, constantly developing their skillset.
