Middle/Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:
3+ years of BA experience OR 2 years of PM and 1+ year of BA experience
Experience with epic and user stories concepts
Hand-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Customer communication experience
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English
Experience in working on the pre-sale phase

Will be a plus:
Experience in working as a team lead or project manager
Understanding of software development process
Understanding of the principles of Usability, UX
Structured knowledge of any BA standard — IIBA, PMI

Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze project stakeholders
Conduct competitor analysis
Identify and analyze the client’s problem and business requirements
Determine the elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm Elicitation results
Decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories
Validate and verify requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Release and Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo
Visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/BPMN, State Diagram, ERD, etc.
