Recruitment Lead (offline)

Requirements:
— Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline;
— Proven experience in Headhunting/recruitment for technical positions — at least 3 years;
— Proven experience in recruitment team management — at least 2 years;
— Proven success with sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (social recruiting, events, professional networks, etc.);
— Deep understanding of local recruitment sources;
— English level — advanced.

Responsibilities:
— Cooperation and communication with other departments;
— Setting up recruitment processes for open positions;
— Meeting company’s recruitment deadline and goals;
— Managing recruitment’s costs;
— Recruitment of — A players;
— Training and development of the recruitment team;
— Building HH/recruitment strategy (based on a company’s strategy and priorities);
— Adaptation of Top grading recruitment processes.
