Product Manager

Our team is developing a web-based project management platform specifically for the 3D market. The platform will be enhanced with a range of complex tools for image, video, and 3D commenting. We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to lead the development of MVP and subsequent stages.

Minimum requirements/knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience as Product Manager, preferably on SaaS projects.
- Proven experience in managing software development teams.
- Profound SDLC understanding of SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience in gathering requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and developing product strategies.
- Strong analytical and research skills applicable to product development challenges.
- Proficient skills in managing product backlog while working in an Agile environment.
- Fluent level of English (both written and verbal).

Nice to have:
- Interest in the 3D sphere and global 3D market.
- Hands-on experience with multiple task management tools.
- Knowledge of the UX design process.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and user interviews to identify consumers' needs. Developing a viable product growth strategy.
- Creating a detailed roadmap with a prioritized feature backlog. Creating and maintaining product requirements and functional specifications.
- Leading and managing the development team to ensure on-time delivery of features.
- Identifying strategic and execution product risks to solve possible issues beforehand.
- Integrating usability studies into the development process to build a seamless user experience.
- Demonstrating forward-thinking in project budget management.
- Communicating product development objectives and progress against plans to stakeholders.
