Freelance IT Recruiter for EPAM Anywhere (offline)

We are currently looking for remote IT Recruiters with 1+ years of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter to join our TA team on a freelance basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have knowledge of the IT labor market, have successfully worked with a variety of selection channels, know how to interest an IT specialist.

Please note that even though you are applying for this position, you may be offered other projects to join within EPAM Anywhere.

Responsibilities

- Search for a wide range of REMOTE IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, managers, and architects)
- Create a wide Talent pool using different channels
- Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the EPAM Recruiter
- Support employer branding strategies

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter
- Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool
- Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
- Highly result-oriented
- Very good communication skills
