But clinical trials continue to be slow, unpredictable, and expensive. Client’s product helps both the research leaders driving forward clinical trials and the doctors and nurses who care for the patient participants.

 

Technology of the product:

Primary applications are interactive ClojureScript web applications built atop React.

Backend API is written in Clojure and our primary data store is PostgreSQL.

 

Requirements:

At least 3 years in automation testing

Proven experience developing automated test systems using Python OR Java as the programming language

Knowledge of automation stack: Selenium, xRay, other tools

Hands on experience in Continuous Integration / Jenkins

Basic level knowledge of XML and RDBMS concepts

Experience in QA methodologies, clear understanding of QA processes and artifacts

Experience with Scrum/Agile

Knowledge of any other programming language is a plus

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, developed interpersonal skills

 

Responsibilities:

To be part of a newly formed team, participating in the definition of processes, test plans, and test cases

Work closely with the client's QA lead

Starting the automation build from scratch

Design and implementation of automated test plans

Design and create test scripts using Java to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation

Work with the QA Manager and colleagues to define the process and strategy associated with automation

Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content

Help planning test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates

Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
