IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
β€’ At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role;
β€’ Passion about talent acquisition methods;
β€’ Good understanding of and experience with IT recruitment tools;
β€’ Ability and willingness to learn about position requirements;
β€’ Strong positive communication skills;
β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, acute attention to details;
β€’ No lower than Intermediate level of English;
β€’ Some understanding of basic marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Our recruiters' main objective is to search for the best talent proactively. We’re looking for a person who will:
β€’ Source passive candidates;
β€’ Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates;
β€’ Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
β€’ Quickly identify search areas and advertise active positions on relevant networks;
β€’ Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates;
β€’ Use a multi-channel approach to recruitment;
β€’ Prepare a weekly report on completed and in-progress tasks;
β€’ Interview candidates following the company's rules and regulations;
β€’ Collaborate with the staffing managers to establish hiring criteria and select searching methods;
β€’ Demonstrate an ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals;
β€’ React positively to an ever-changing environment.
