— Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management;
— Ability to put into practice modern approaches of project management;
— Ability to decompose the strategy in a set of operated actions and successfully execute;
— Ability to understand customer’s requirements and transform them into the structured form;
— Ability to speak the same language with all stakeholders: business, management, team;
— Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
— The perfected skills of interaction coordination between the customer and internal divisions;

— American outsource working experience are welcomed;
— Advanced level of English;
— Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus;
