Support Manager (L1-L2) (offline)

Your key responsibilities as a part of the team:

To maintain users' accounts (adding, configurating, blocking, removing)
Work boards maintenance
System clean up
Information collection and processing
Communicating with technical system support team

Strong computer skills
Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is required in order to communicate clearly with native speakers
Stress resistance, willingness to take up tasks promptly
