Product Manager

Product Manager (game development) plays a vital role in the creation of a art work and supervision of team. He/She works with 2D and 3D artists and other artistic talents to coordinate all the visual images used in a game.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the work of the art team and make sure they achieve the expected artistic quality.
- Need to work remotely and direct the team of artist from an offshore studio.
- Taking a part in the art pipeline definition and develop milestones for art team.
- Conduct a daily review of the team’s work remotely and direct them to the vision of the project goals.
- Being an artistic leader and guiding the team through the whole vision of the project.
- Mentoring the artists and train them in various aspects remotely.
- Creating a good environment and rapport within the art team and implementing the new processes of artistic research.
- Take part in controlling the unity of all visual parts including models, characters, environments.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in game art production with minimum 1 year experience in AAA game art quality checking.
- Expert knowledge in working for mobile, PC and console games.
- Good knowledge in using video conferencing tools such as zoom, skype, google meet etc.
- Must have good communication skill in English and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in current 2D and 3D applications tools including Maya, Blender, Unreal, Zbrush, Photoshop.
- A good knowledge in art outsourcing pipelines, capacities and technical constraints related to different games.
- Good skill in writing documentation and applying it in art production.

* This post is for 6 months contract and possible extension for another extension till 18 months.
