Site Reliability Engineer, Security Solutions

About the vacancy

Our client is a British company that builds cybersecurity solutions protecting users of web and mobile applications, as well as telephony. They use biometric user data for authentication.

The project consists of three main parts: the mobile application, as well as web platforms for the new and old versions. DataArt is assembling a team of developers, testers, DevOps, and a project manager to work on a new version of the platform.

Must have
- Experience at least with one of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Ruby, or shell scripting
- Deep understanding of Unix/Linux systems administration operating systems internals and administration (e.g. filesystems, system calls) or networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, network topologies, and hardware)
- Good understanding of cloud technologies
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-hosted application-monitoring tools such as Kibana
- Experience with deployment automation, working with platforms for configuration management, provisioning, and artifact repositories
- Good understanding of security engineering
- Ability to get to the root cause of problems and facilitate this approach within the team
- Knowledge of build tools (Make, Maven, and CMake)
- Spoken English

Would be a plus
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of CI/Pipeline processes ( Gitlab, Ansible etc.)
