FullStack (Python+React) Developer

- 5+ years of experience building complex web-based applications with a large user base using Python/Django and React
- 5+ years of experience working with a focus on one or both of the following areas:building backend services with Python using Django and building web applications using JavaScript

About the vacancy

We are assembling a team that will develop a platform for patients and doctors. The client specializes in healthcare technologies and their services are used by more than two hundred thousand clients. The service allows a user to get a doctor's consultation by phone or video chat.

Responsibilities
- Build highly scalable, maintainable microservices with REST APIs using Python/Django
- Develop and implement complex systems and user workflows in a short time using React/Redux
- Manage and shape the architecture of the client's platform
- Manage full project cycles (from prototyping to ensuring reliable deployments to large healthcare systems in two-week sprints)
- Use best practices to create a high-performance application that is easy to maintain and extend
- Collaborate with the team to create a consistent and easy-to-use application across multiple platforms

Must have
- 5+ years of experience building complex web-based applications with a large user base using Python/Django and React
- 5+ years of experience working with a focus on one or both of the following areas: building backend services with Python using Django and building web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience using modern technologies for build and testing pipeline (Webpack, Jest/Enzyme, and CircleCI)
- Strong team player in a flat-structured, highly-collaborative, agile environment
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

Would be a plus
- Experience with native iOS or Android development
- Experience in e-commerce or telemedicine space
- Experience with HIPAA compliance
- Experience using AWS
