Currently, we are looking for an experienced Blockchain Product Manager to join the Thanos Wallet and Quipuswap projects. These are ecosystem products for Tezos. The products are completely open-source and have already passed the release.

Responsibilities

— Coordinates engineers to identify specifications, and continuously communicate project status and needs;
— Expert ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals;
— Identify potential areas for improving project performance;
— Continuous analysis and improvement of processes;
— Control of external contractors involved in development, marketing, testing and other processes;
— Identification and analysis of the target audience, study of users and their behavior in the project;
— Implementation of analytics to study users and their actions;
— Organization of a product development strategy, functionality for further releases;
— Participation in building a community around products;
— Formation of reports on the work done external requirements.

Must-have Skills

— Fluent in English and have experience working directly with executives;
— Blockchain engineering project management experience;
— Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders;
— Strong negotiation skills;
— Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including technical teams;
— Experience in creating and designing business documentation.
