Business Development Manager

Required skills:
— 1+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in software development;
— Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results;
— Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile);
— Experience in working with UpWork, LinkedIn, email campaigns;
— Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
— Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking;
— Good with multitasking and time-management;
— Excellent communication and negotiations skills;

Responsabilities:
— Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinate pre-sales process;
— Have authority to close the deals and sign contracts with prospective clients;
— Search and grow prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them;
— Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships;
— Communication with the development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal;
— Follow established process and maintain all data in the CRM / ERP;
