DevOps Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Plan hosting environment for client projects
- Setup and maintain servers running clients projects
- Monitoring and responding to alerts
- Debugging of service issues
- Create and maintain CI/CD setup for projects
- Proactively implement security best practices
- Maintain documentation for projects
- Setup and maintain servers running internal services
- Administration of local network

Requirements:
- 2+ years commercial experience in a similar position
- Experience running applications on Linux (LEMP)
- Experience deploying applications to public cloud infrastructure, AWS or GCP
- Experience with Containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with deploying and maintaining High Availability, Scalability and Reliability solutions
- Experience in setting up the instruments for monitoring and analyzing, Cloud Watch or Stackdriver.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB and using related cloud services such as AWS RDS or Google Cloud SQL.
- Proficient in scripting, Bash or equivalent
- Great communication skills, excellent team player

Will be a plus:
- Experience with configuration management systems (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, etc)
- Experience using Helm to deploy to Kubernetes
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Travis, GitHub Actions or Circle CI
- Experience with PHP and Node.js applications
- Experience with Serverless environments (Lamba, Cloud Run, App Engine)
