Account Manager

inVerita invites an Account Manager to our Sales Team. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, working closely with clients to deeply understand their needs and expectations.

What is important to know and understand:

- software development life cycle;
- software development company functioning;
- offshore software development specifics;
- project pricing model and billing procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months working in software outsourcing industry ( account management \ business development \ IT Sales \ Client Relationship management etc);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Negotiation and problem resolving skills;
- People motivation skills;
- Self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative;
- Purposeful, client-oriented, analytical and system thinking, responsible;
- English - upper-intermediate and above.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Working closely with clients to deeply understand their needs and expectations;
- Grow account by identifying new opportunities in the existing accounts, offering relevant solutions & services;
- Resolving client-related issues;
- Meet assigned expectations for profitability;
- Send invoices & control payments;
- Send monthly reports to Customer;
- Collaborate with various departments;
- Collaborate with resource managers in the company for efficient resource planning.
