Senior Business Development Manager (offline)

- Knowledge of English - minimum B2
- Good analytical data, the ability to detect causal relationships in people's behavior, actions and results.
- Experience in sales in the IT market
- Experience with checks from $ 3,000 to $ 50,000 +
- Ability to negotiate with potential customers in English

- Experience with CRM

- Knowledge of accounting and experience in customer retention

Duties:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals, execution of department KPIs and intensive workflow;
- Advanced training of subordinates and training of new staff;
- Conducting a cycle of the agreement from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Account management and support of projects in the process of cross-sale;
- Active participation in the improvement of the company’s business processes;
- Search for new sales strategies to attract new customers and implement it ..
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the top management
- Close the deals with clients, personally help close largest deals
- Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
