Salesforce Administrator

Many projects are started on SFDC platform every year.
We expect to have a team of highly skilled professionals who will work on different projects in the SFDC domain part time\remote!

A perfect fit is:
 Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and declarative configuration (Certificates as a
plus);
 Deep knowledge of SF;
 Experience in Salesforce.com (Administration, Configuration, Implementation & Support);
 Experience in working with Service Cloud: Knowledge Base, Solutions, Escalations;
 Manage all-new user set-ups and deactivations, including ongoing support requests,
executing configuration changes as needed;
 Create and manage custom fields, dashboards, queues, page layouts, validation rules, and
custom workflows;
 Extensive knowledge of creating Custom Reports and Dashboards;
 Data operations, data migration from other systems;
 Able to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven
environment;
 Having excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal
skills;
 Familiar with Agile, Scrum would be a plus;
 The one having Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
