Project Manager (offline)

Our Betinvest deveopment community is meant to build a consistent, global player experience across all digital touchpoints – web and mobile. This team is building the next generation products and supporting infrastructure which allows our players to understand, interact the hottest sport events in the wold, be inside the game.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and help build the next generation of gaming solutions. You will be challenged to turn apps around quickly but thoughtfully, balancing speed to market with longevity and scalability, all in the name of extraordinary customer experiences.

You will:
— Take PM responsibility for the project. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, communication, quality, stakeholders expectations, and client satisfaction;
— Run and share daily scrum activities with Dev Lead
— People management on your project(s), shared with functional Lead and Product Owner;
— Risk management on the projects, incl. working with change requests and managing priorities;
— Be proactive and constructively proposing company’s processes improvements;
— Directly communicate with Clients and Partners (incl. requirements gathering, demo, progress reports, retrospectives, etc.);
— Work with change requests, manage priorities for the project’s tasks;
— Project’s reporting (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring).

Skills to shine:
— 1-2+ years of solid experience in IT project management;
— self-motivated and knows how to motivate people
— English (Intermediate+);
— Experience with Agile methodologies;
— Experience with risk management;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Experience in building processes
— Able to Manage team 10+ people
— Analytical mindset;
— Ability to make and own your decisions;
— Experience working with Client directly;
— Able to work in a fast-paced environment with team members located in different time zones and locations.

Desirable:
— QA Lead/BA experience
