Junior Technical Operation Specialist (offline)

What you gonna do:
- Configure and test white-label digital marketplace product for different partners;
- Provide customer support regarding the product;
- QA control of performed configurations, integrations;
- Collaborate with developers to improve the product;
- Introduce ideas, solutions and optimize existing applications.

Qualifications:
- Technical background as a QA, BA or developer is highly desired;
- Working experience with API;
- Basic knowledge with HTML, CSS will be a plus;
- Basic skills with graphic editors (e.g. Figma, Photoshop) are desired;
- Basic QA expertise would be a plus;
- Good English language skills both written and verbally;
- Excellent soft skills is a must;
