Senior/Middle React Front End Developer (offline)

Who we are looking for

- Frontend Developer, who can turn a set of written requirements and wireframes into fully functional and highly performant applications. Candidate must be fluent in writing modern JS, crafting and architecting complex apps.
We are seeking a Strong Middle Software Engineer responsible for developing and designing new features using modern frameworks such as Angular and React. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a superb aesthetic sense, and a deep appreciation for building the best user experience.

Requirements

- 3+ years of advanced JavaScript programming proficiency

- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals

- Real world experience with at least one of the following frameworks: Angular, React

- Familiarity with code organization and tooling, including linting, bundling and testing tools

- End-to-End Web application development experience (you have code in a production system)

- Fluent in semantic HTML and CSS standard methodologies and Cross-browser development and testing and experience integrating with web services

- High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience

- A perfectionist who makes sure every pixel is in the right place and has the ability to design, architect and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to express ideas clearly within the team

- Strong debugging and diagnostic skills

- Acute attention to detail and dedication to quality

- Confident being hands-on from initial wireframes, through prototyping, into building the final product

- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies

- Maturity and willingness to reuse existing technologies without creating own

Education and Experience

- BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 3+ years experience

Additional Requirements

- Experience driving quality and code reviews

- Familiarity with the agile development process

- Experience implementing accessibility standards and best practices

- Familiarity with UX design and usability concept

- Must be able to provide sample work as requested and / or do small technical task
