Technical Customer Support (offline)

YOU ARE :

-Has at least 1 year of relevant experience or system administration;
-Worked with SQL (SOQL), can read code;
-Having great communication & analytics skills;
-Willing to help people & improve the things;
-Has good prioritization skills;
-Speaking English;
-As a plus will be a willingness to learn Salesforce platform.
