Magento Tech Lead

We're looking Tecnical Lead/Team Lead, an expert in Magento to join our fast growing organization. The main direction will be to work closely with our potential clients in order to start new Magento projects, build teams and grow our competency in e-commerce domain.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create WBS and etstimate projects scope
- Plan and implement solutions architecture;
- Provide the technical leadership in the scope of small to mid-size team
- Interviewing and mentoring of other Mid/Senior level engineers
- Take accountability and responsibility for the full life cycle of product features (from design, sizing, implementation, testing, delivery to monitoring and deprecation when needed);
- Propose process improvements and drive changes;


Requirements
- 6+ years in Software development
- 2+ years experience as Team Lead / Tech Lead
- Referenceable Magento 2 development experience
- Magento Cloud experience
- Familiarity with Magento frontend development
- Understanding of a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with security best practices
- Experience with a PHP-based CMS such as Drupal, WordPress, etc.
- English level - Upper Intermediate+
- Nice to have: Magento Certified
