IT Recruiter / Lead IT Recruiter

We are looking for someone to build a Recruitment Team from scratch, help us to set up processes and make it possible to fill the vacancies faster than now. This is a 100% remote position but we would prefer candidates from Vinnytsia (or those who have network of contacts here)

Skills required:
● 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
● Intermediate English
● Excellent communication skills

Your responsibilities:
● Communicate with company management to understand current and future recruitment needs.
● Search for candidates, contact them, manage job postings
● Follow up with candidates, run screening interviews
● Establish long term recruitment strategy and processes
● Coordinate work of third party recruiters
