Project Manager

Bintime company is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in taking a key role as IT Project Manager
Working in an international environment
Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery
Team player & Strong communication skills
Ability to build consensus in an environment of conflicting interests and ensure execution of agreed initiatives - always focused towards result
Excellent planning & delivery skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to explain differences between them
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience of creating technical documentation and requirements
Understanding of web-technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, api etc.
Strong team leadership skills
High self-motivation and ability to motivate others
Analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills
Pragmatic «can do» mentality
Upper-intermediate+ English level (verbal and written)
Experience in business analysis will be a plus

Responsibilities:
Manage delivery of the development team;
People management: one-to-one's, performance reviews, keep team motivated and happy;
Monitor sprint process and ensure sprint scope & purpose is delivered;
Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives;
Own decision making within defined level of authority;
Take ownership of the delivery to drive problems to resolution;
Define priorities and make things be completed in time;
Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to Product owner;
Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
Design, maintain releases during each iteration, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives);
Drive process improvement - identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements.
