Senior React Developer / Team Lead (offline)

Wildix is looking for a Senior React Developer / Team Lead to join our team in Odessa to work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Geo Location, Conferencing, and Chat.

Skills and qualifications:

5+ years of commercial front-end development experience;
2+ years Development Team Leadership experience;
Knowledge of SDLC;
People & Workflow Management;
Strong Leadership profile;
Excellent core JS;
Experience with React.js and Redux/Redux-saga.

A big plus, but not required:

Kanban / Scrum implementation experience;
Experience with React Native;
Experience with Node.js & AWS;
Experience with Unit Testing and Continuous Integration;
Knowledge and experience with WebRTC;
Understanding of the SIP/RTP.

Responsibilities:

Working on interesting projects that are recognized in Europe and the USA;
Accountable for Development Team Leadership;
Responsible for Product Delivery processes implementation;
Facilitate the Workflow processes;
Actively participate in Development Team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues;
Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks;
Collaboration with RnD and Support teams.
