Hive OS today is a whole eco-system for miners: the best management platform for thousands of miners, the most profitable mining pool and the firmware for ASICs.

What are we looking for:
- 1,5+ Experience in Customer Support / Technical Support/Team Lead
- Strong experience in team management
- Upper-intermediate English
- Strong communication, soft skills
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with Linux, Bash
- Ability to learn new technical product
- Strong PC skills
- Experience with ticket systems
- Technical writing skills
- Technical background

As a Plus:
Familiarity with the mining domain, algorithms
GPU mining experience
Blockchain/cryptocurrency knowledges
