We are looking for a **Business Development Manager** to generate new revenue and help a company grow.

Everad is a global direct advertiser and CPA network in Nutra vertical (Health&Beauty).

CPA network is a platform and an advertising model where publishers are paid for an action that is taken as a direct result of their marketing.

We started in 2012 with a small team on boards. Now we cover markets of the CIS, Europe, Asia and Central Africa.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new revenue and help a company grow.

Professional Duties:

- Conduct market research;
- Search and selection of partners in new countries, including search for fulfillment of warehouse logistics and courier service;
- Search / analysis of manufacturers;
- Analysis of certification requirements;
- Negotiating with partners, banks, manufacturers;
- Search for local outsourcing contractors (local law firms, business consulting in a specific country);
- Analysis of competitors' work;
- Ensure regular planning;
- Business trips to different countries are possible.

Requirements:

- Degree in business management, marketing, or related;
- Spanish and English with minimum Advanced level;
- Experience in business development and market research;
- Beginner / intermediate level of understanding of foreign economic activity;
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Effective project management skills;
- Solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Positive, proactive «can-do» attitude.
