Support Agent (offline)

Requirements

- Fluent in English (excellent communication and writing skills)
- A natural relationship builder (you can easily interact with the teams inside/outside Galaxy Vets)
- Able to understand and empathize with customers’ requests before you start fixing things
- Able to explain complex systems in easy to understand concepts
- A self-starter with a passion to break through things and innovate
- Prioritize your tasks and manage your time effectively
- Open to change and quick to adapt to new systems
- Have customer support experience and are acquainted with Service Desk software (Freshdesk, ZenDesk, etc.)
- Grasp the basics of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and are familiar with Jira/Confluence

Responsibilities

- Respond to customers inquiries in accordance with SLAs via email
- Provide appropriate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction and conduct cases escalation
- Assist customers to accelerate their adaptation to the solutions we offer
- Participate in optimizing support processes and improving internal documentation
- Assist with support cases either directly or indirectly by helping more junior team members
