We are looking for a Support Engineer in fast growing product specializing in complex B2B corporate cybersecurity and cherishing hundreds of customers scattered across the globe.
Support user inquiries on IT issues via phone / email / ticketing system and remote assistance. Assist with our solution’s installation and configuration.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and online demo explaining our solution to prospective customers.
English — Advanced.
Considerable experience with Windows OS: Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory.
Good communication skills.
High propensity to learn new technologies.
As a plus :
good command of MSSQL, knowledge on cloud computing platforms
work experience with Unix / Linux
Work in growing product which was established in 2013
Close communication with English-speaking customers
