• Proven experience in leading/driving a development team
• Strong web application design and architectural skills
• Highly skilled in .NET
• Experience with cloud platform (Azure (preferable) / AWS/ Google Cloud Platform)
• Deep understanding of software product lifecycle, quality assurance approaches
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Able to be independent and make your own decision
• Will be a plus: experience as a Software Architect, experience with Angular/React

What is the purpose of this position?
You will join the medium size team to one of our real-estate project from San Francisco. This is a SaaS platform for evaluating commercial real estate. Our team is developing a tool which consists of such features as online DB, reporting, templates management, appraisal management, billing management, scheduling of any needed jobs, etc.
For now, we are looking for a Tech Lead who will be in charge of:
• deep review of current architecture
• drafting suggestion about current architecture change
• leadership over the existing team;
• taking over from the client's CTO lead role.
