Golang Engineer

We are looking for an engineer who is ready to develop their hard skills in Go, microservice architecture, and collaboration in a product team.

Company main goal: Implementation of the full product cycle to achieve the business goals of partners using the latest development trends. Focus on the latest technology, digital marketing and transformation of product solutions.

About the product: multilingual analytical product in the field of entertainment, focused on the countries of Scandinavia (Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland) with an audience of about 15 thousand users. Now product on the stage of pre-launch.
In plans: entering the market of Europe, Africa and South America. Development of infrastructure and product architecture to attract and retain more than a million users.

Friendly team like family: play games, spend weekends together. Collaboration in a small team were 2 Backend, 2 Frontend and 2 HTML developers, product designer and PO/PM.

Main responsibilities:
— Maintain, design and build (backend)
— Write scalable, robust and testable code
— Collaborate with product, design and marketing to develop and iterate on both large new features and daily small product enhancements
— Maintain product documentation for backend and development operations
— Write automated tests for code to be written
— Leverage your existing skills while learning and implementing new technologies

Requirements:
— 1+ year of last commercial experience development with Golang
— 2+ years of commercial backend development (PHP will be a plus)
— Understanding of SOLID principles
— Experience with Docker
— Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases
— AWS experience is preferred (or experience with other cloud services)
— Development expertise in REST APIs
— Git knowledge
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Stages of hiring: 1) interview with Recruiter (about 30 minutes online call); 2) interview with Technical lead (about 1 hour); 3) final interview with HR and Product manager (about 1 hour).
