Golang Developer

With our client we started a project in DLT. It is a decentralised VPN service.
We requiere:
- Understanding of distributed hash table (DHT) such as Kademlia or Pastry
- TCP/UDP and OS networking internals and zero-copy, low-latency networking code

Position description
- Work on designing and developing basic node and related services infrastructure core components
- Create clean and maintainable code base
- Cover all functionality with unit and end to end tests
- Collaborate with a team in solving problems
- Review code and provide constructive feedback

Required skills
- Passion for open source software projects
- 5+ years of practical coding experience
- Golang (bit plus will be Rust, Java, C/C++ but not a requirement to have all)
- Impeccably clean code beautiful enough to make grown men weep
- Love for unit tests with big coverage
- Practical understanding of SSL certificates, public-key infrastructures & cryptography, plus secure design
- Love for modern engineering: Github contribution, SOLID principles, Modularity, design patterns, etc.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, flexible, self-sufficient and collaborative.

Additional Requirements for P2P Developer:
- Deep knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols
- Golang
- Previous experience with P2P networking and distributed systems
- Understanding of VPN technologies and applications
- Working knowledge in ICE TURN STUN NAT and firewall traversal
- Understanding of P2P concepts for gossip, overlay, routing, and distributed hash tables (DHTs).

Additional Requirements for Networking:
- Deep knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols
- Skills of network performance analysis
- Experience designing and implementing custom communication protocols over TCP and UDP
- Excellent system programming and TDD skills
- Clear understanding of network security issues
- Ability to apply knowledge of security for protocol design
- Fluency with Linux networking
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
