To support our rapid growth worldwide, Alteryx is adding an IT Help Desk Specialist to its team in Kyiv. Primary responsibility is end user technical support, however, we are a fast-growing company and there are opportunities for IT project work, system administration and virtualization support.

Responsibilities:
• Directly involved in the deployment, repair, replacement, disposal, and inventory management of end user computing equipment (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, conferencing room hardware)
• Ensures all assigned tickets are updated and moving towards a successful resolution
• Provides hands-on support of all end user IT services, including:
• Local and remote desktops and laptops in a mixed Apple and Microsoft environment
• Wireless and Remote connectivity, VPN clients
• Web conferencing, including Microsoft Teams
• VoIP phone services
• Printing and scanning
• Email
• Software installations and troubleshooting
• Smartphone and tablet setup and troubleshooting
• Triage desktop connectivity issues, and work with the Network and System teams to resolve issues
• End user access management
• User onboarding and offboarding: Provision hardware and software; deprovision and reclaim assets when required

Required Skills:
• Must be customer service focused, desiring to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
• Must be able to work independently, aligned with coworkers and leadership in other locations and time zones, adhering to company standards in areas of documentation, planning, and execution
• Proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities with minimal oversight
• Full understanding of typical Mac and PC hardware and software installation
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• At least 3 years of IT-related support experience
• Comfortable supporting executive team members

Valued Skills:
• Thorough understanding of the Microsoft stack of applications (Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams), Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10), Active Directory Administration, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange Online, etc.
• Working knowledge of application packaging, operating system imaging, patch management and deployment
• Experience supporting smartphones and tablets
