Requirements
- Experience in IT Recruitment 1 years+
- Experience interviewing candidates for Tech Positions (JS devs, Python, Java etc...)
- Strong English: Verbal and Written both
- You know last trends in IT Recruitment and want to grow in this field at least next couple of years

Job responsibilities
- Management of the sourcing team
- Interviewing developers
- Building long-term relations and communication with developers
- CRM: Candidate list, interview, calendar etc
- Build developers telegram community
