We, Don't Panic Recruiting Agency, are looking for Technical Project Manager for our client, Postindustria. Full-time remote.

Project: the client is a classical enterprise that spawned an innovation department (free from all bureaucracy) focusing on MarTech. We are working on a customer insights & content recommendations system. It is a B2B platform, built to meet the needs of the modern professional organizations and conferences. The service personalizes the content based on the previous interactions and user behavior metrics. It also simplifies planning and execution of the sophisticated content strategies.
Requirements:
β Advanced computer science knowledge;
β Excellent understanding of project planning and management;
β Remarkable technical experience as a lead developer using any general-purpose language / JS / ES6+;
β Experience designing an AWS infrastructure (or using other cloud services);
β Strong understanding of the product management, mapping business goals to current tasks;
β Experience creating requirements after an interview with clients (sketches, use cases or descriptions);
β B2 English level (Upper-intermediate)+.
Nice to have:
β Interviewing, hiring and firing experience;
β Experience designing microservice architecture;
β Experience with Golang, Elasticsearch;
β Experience using SCRUM;
β JIRA or other project-management tools.
Project stack:
Backend - Go, elasticsearch;
Frontend - server side render: golang + go templates; Vanilla JS (ES8).
Responsibilities:
β Communicate with the client, analyze their goals and translate that into the clear requirements;
β Estimate project, create and maintain work schedule;
β Design solution architecture together with a tech lead or other colleagues;
β Evaluate and design key software components;
β Review the code of all the critical components;
β Set up teamwork to ensure high-quality deliverables;
β Ensure project delivery within the scope, time and budget constraints;
β Regular project reporting for us and the client.
