Recruiter (offline)

Becoming a part of Digitally Inspired HR team as the Recruiter specialist you are to do the following:
— run the full-cycle hiring process for a number of existing and new ambitious clients (Ukraine-wide) in order to build effective and successful teams
— focus on talent acquisition and on the constant broadening of the pools of engineers corresponding to the main technical stacks in the company

Experience & Education:
— you have 1+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in IT
— had a chance to deal with a wide range of positions from QA to Heads of departments and some truly rare technologies
— you have your own network you constantly broaden by building a long-term relationship with the true professionals at the market
— you are engaged in the ongoing improvement of resources for attracting candidates and continuous learning

As an additional plus you are:
— you are fond of taking part in brainstorms, non-trivial tasks and are also updated about the latest IT HR trends
— you are experienced in assessing the external labor market conditions as well as providing competitor analysis

— Proactivity and problem solving (focus on constant ideas generation)
