IT Recruiter (offline)

Required:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment;
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
- Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
- Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
- Experience in pre-screening and interviewing;
- Experience in using different searching tools;
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- At least intermediate English

- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment;
- Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
- Conducting job offer negotiations;
- Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
- Market research.
