What You Will Be Doing

Develop a deep, empathetic understanding of the customer's current situation and pain points
Talking with current clients about their experience and making improvements according to the feedback you get
Representing your customers internally in the business, listening to and communicating their feedback
Interacting with leads and community members via calls and social media accounts
Answering different messages, questions and providing support on various channels
Lead oriented content creation like launching some post, email campaigns via different channels
Helping new prospects and current customers to find the right answers, sending our developed supporting materials, etc.
Giving feedback and optimize internal operations yourself like creating new structures or SOPs
Helping to create, track and optimize main goals and KPIs for AdKings team and Clients.
