IT Project Manager (offline)

SvitSoft is actively developing and new projects are constantly increasing.

Therefore we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of working experience in IT project management
Knowledge of several Agile frameworks, SDLC, how the basic processes are built in the software development, main roles
Sprint planning and prioritizing skills
Clearly define business values and projects goal
Effective processing of customers escalation
Effective and efficient resources planning
Positive team motivation and mindset
Avoid waste
Critical and system thinking
Advanced communication skills
The high emotional intelligence level
Result-oriented and a good leader
It would be a plus to have:
Technical background

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage project scope, team, and timeline
Solve business and technical issues (in collaboration with tech specialist)
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base
Be involved in day-to-day release and production activities.
