Middle People Partner (offline)

Required skills

Previous experience in cooperating with people as HR or in other administrative roles;
Highly developed listening and communication skills;
Problem-solving and negotiating skills;
Ability to take the whole ownership for the work
Great analytical and G-docs skills
Ability to drive multiple tasks independently, prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently;
Energetic, initiative and very well-organized person;
Upper-Intermediate English;
Great will to work with people and bring improvements in the daily life of the company.

As a plus
Experience in Human Resources Management in IT company;
Experience in onboarding, evaluation and performance review processes;
Experience in dealing with people and facilitating stress situations.

Responsibilities
Integrate and support HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, retention, performance review, probation period control, termination of agreements, etc.);
Negotiate with different stakeholders
Work with HR metrics, HR report, and HR analytics;
Implement and support new initiatives related to HRM;
Manage social benefits;
Organize corporate events;
Participate in growing corporate culture.
