MakeBeCool is an IT company specializing in Shopify and e-commerce SaaS platform. We develop online stores, Shopify applications, integrations; Theme designs; We build support departments; We design and develop our own apps on Shopify.

WHAT PROFESSIONAL SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT TO US?
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- 5 years of expertise in HTML, CSS, JS and jQuery
- experience with E-Commerce Platforms is required
- experience with UX and UI design
- experience with technical project management
- good English communication skills
- desired English level - not lower than Intermediate
- teamwork
- high motivation in personal growth
- understanding of project workflows and how to manage tasks
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the Shopify platform and liquid

At the moment, we are looking for a person who will join our production team of 18 people. We have defined processes. Just enjoy your results following our business processes and completing the frontend tasks.

Our team is a leader in MRPL IT Cluster, we organize conferences in Mariupol, hold meetups, attract experts for the development of employees of the Cluster companies, develop and conduct programs for the development of IT business in our region.
Our CEO is also the CEO of the Mariupol IT Cluster.
We strive to create an ecosystem in Mariupol for IT specialists, startups, and entrepreneurs.
CONDITIONS:
Is there a trial period or test task and how long does it last?
Yes, 1 month as a paid trial period.
Yes, you will be provided a test task which we consider is not big.
Salary, overtime, how often, what is the approach to payment?
We have a compensation plan that covers a fixed-price salary + a bonus system according to the results. The compensation plan is fair and easy to understand. Last quarter our team makes great results that reflect in higher compensation.
What is the work schedule?
5 days a week, 8 hours.
Is it possible to work remotely?
It is possible to work both in the office and remotely.
A number of vacation days and sick leave?
10 days a year of vacation and up to 5 days a month of paid sick leave.
Is there a prospect of business trips, and where?
Several times a year, the company gathers the entire team together to celebrate significant dates.
When, how, and in what currency is the salary paid/calculated?
To a Payoneer account, once a month, in dollars. The company does not compensate Ukrainian taxes, so they need to be covered on your own.
